How to Request Deletion of Your Data
At Genius Global Business, we respect your right to control your personal data. If you have interacted with our website — for example through our contact form or live chat — and wish to have your data deleted, you may do so by following the instructions below.
Deletion Request Methods
Option 1: Email Request
Send an email to contact@geniusgb.net with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.” Please include:
- Your full name.
- The email address you used when contacting us.
- A brief description of your interaction with our site.
- The platform through which you interacted (e.g., Facebook Login, contact form, live chat).
We will process your request within 30 days and send you a confirmation once completed.
Option 2: Contact Form
You can also submit a deletion request through our Contact Us page. In the message field, clearly state that you are requesting data deletion and include the same details listed in Option 1.
What Data We Delete
Upon receiving a verified deletion request, we will remove:
- Contact form submissions associated with your email address.
- Live chat conversation history linked to your identity.
- Any personal identifiers received through third-party integrations (e.g., Facebook Login).
Please note that we may retain certain information where required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as financial records). In such cases, we will inform you of the specific data retained and the legal basis for retention.
Facebook & Third-Party Login Data
If you used Facebook Login to interact with our services, you can also request data deletion directly through Facebook's App Settings. However, to ensure complete removal from our systems, we recommend using one of the methods above in addition to any platform-level deletion.
